Hello, my name is Dan Nielsen. I started The Wine Guyz with a partner in 2005 when, between the two of us, we had been involved in the wine and beverage industry for over 35 years. Today I am carrying on that passion for wine that inspired us to create The Wine Guyz. I, my wife Gayle, and our co-owners, Scott & Cathy Tyink and all of our staff are excited about exploring wines, pairing foods with wine and, of course, drinking wine!
Our passion for all things “wine” prompted us to expand our knowledge and love of wine to the gourmet foods that accompany and enhance wine. So we also operate a gourmet deli with artisan cheeses and cured meats as well as great gifts and custom created gift baskets. Our meats, cheeses and selected appetizers are all served at our wine bar, where you can relax with over 36 types of wine “on tap” as well as a great selection of premium domestic & imported beers and Belgian Ales.
Our goal is to continue to share our love and knowledge of wine and food with new friends and old, to provide a comfortable, smoke free place to talk with friends over a glass of wine, a place to try and buy wines with expert guidance and a place where you can find those hard-to-find gourmet foods and deli items.
